We are back with the latest product updates of Adobe Advertising Cloud this month. Let’s have a look at the details of the changes implemented in the Advertising Cloud solutions to stay up to date in Adobe Analytics. You can also check other Adobe Experience Cloud product updates for the year 2021.
The latest release of Adobe Advertising has introduced the following new features for Advertising DSP and Advertising Search.
Adobe added a new “Slightly Ahead” option for Pacing Fill Strategy, which will be the default option for new packages. With the new strategy, delivery will be 55-60% complete halfway through the flight duration.
A new notification manager, Notification Center Beta has been introduced. It is available for all users and can be accessed from either Insights & Reports > Notification Center Beta option, or the notification panel located at the upper right of any page.
You can subscribe to email from here and get notified about any custom alerts, account authentication errors, and insight completion. However, the old notifications were cleared as they were not stored in the same way.
Adobe released at.js version 2.5.0 this month. It will now support On-device decisioning and Preview links for Automated Personalization activities.
Adobe already released the Web SDK version 2.6.0 for Adobe Target on 1st June. It will now support target redirects when using A4T and Target response tokens.
Magneto Open Source and Magneto Commerce 2.4.x releases include a lot of performance and security improvements. The Magneto 2.4.2 release contains over 280 core fixes, 35 security enhancements, and 290 issues addressed by the GitHub community members.
Also, note that Adobe has announced the end of support for PHP 7.3 in December 2021. However, Magneto 2.3.7 has added support for PHP 7.4. But, it is recommended to start migrating from Magneto 2.3.x to Magneto 2.4.x. as Magneto 2.3.x will reach the end of support in April 2022.
